Tropical Costa Rica

December 26, 2017 - January 2, 2018

Bring in the New Year nestled into one of the most lush and biodiverse areas on earth.

Join Grace for 8 days/7 nights of yoga, rest, relaxation and exploration.

Located on the Gulfo Dulce, south of Golfito and across from the Osa Pennisula, Tiskita Ecolodge, one of Costa Rica's first, is surrounded by tropical rainforest and a hidden gem in a country full of beauty and all things wild.  As conservation is its focus, 90% of Tiskita's land is Private Biological Reserve with an extensive trail system, comprised of both primary and secondary tropical rainforest, and home to many animal and plant species including endangered species like the Central American Squirrel Monkey.

Daily yoga classes are unparalleled held on an open air deck, with sights and sounds that enhance and heighten your sense of awareness, and breath supported by the richest air. Coupled with fresh holistic meals, and much time to rest and explore, this retreat will truly allow you to let go of the everyday and recharge "off-the-grid."

Fall asleep to the sounds of wildlife, walk the vast expanse of rainforest or visit untouched beaches during the day, and enjoy stunning fruits native to the land you will be living on.  With waterfalls to be found and adjacent sleepy towns, Punta Banco and Pavones, near by - known by surfers the world over for its long left break - if a bit of adventure is what you also hope to find, you won't have to look far.

Slow down, get quiet, and unplug to plug in.
Bath yourself in nature, beauty and the natural world.
